| Tom Harpool Regional Water Treatment Plant |

The project consists of construction of a new water treatment plant with the following major facilities: Membrane Building with pretreatment, flocculation and membrane treatment equipment. Control/Chemical building with control and administration facilities and bulk chemical storage tanks and metering pumps. A 4-MG prestressed-concrete clearwell. High Service Pumping station with five vertical turbine pumps. Two earthen recovery ponds with an associated Recovery/Emergency Pumping Station with six vertical turbine pumps. Also included are ancillary yard structures, paving and grading, fencing, HVAC and a SCADA system.
