This project consists upgrading the Jefferson Street Lift Station and force main, Constructing a plant outfall pipeline and discharge structure, Construction of a preliminary treatment unit, aeration basins, rectangular secondary clarifiers, and a UV disinfection, Rehabilitation of effluent sand filters, sludge holding tanks, secondary clarifiers, gravity thickener and plant water system, Site grading, paving and drainage.
