Frank Renda
Vice President/General Manager
Mr. Renda holds a Bachelor's of Business Administration in Finance and General Business from Texas Tech University. Since 2002 when Mr. Renda assumed the role of General Manager and the current management group assumed their respective roles, new heights and milestones have been reached within the organization. Some of the highlight areas are as follows: annual company revenues have grown 15 x within that period, modifier was dropped by 25% and is consistently among the industries best, the company is now licensed to perform work in 22 states, the company was consistently ranked among the ENR Top 400 Contractors in America, the company was ranked #1 in both water and wastewater in the state of Texas 2008, and the company successfully completed projects within some of Americas largest municipal programs. In addition to these highlights, Mr. Renda serves as the companies Chief Estimator and is responsible for procurement, marketing and overall performance.

Tim Winn
Regional Manager
Mr. Winn has a Bachelor's of Business Administration in Finance and Economics. He was a 4-year letterman on the Texas Tech University football team and a member of the Big XII Conference All-Academic Team. Since assuming his current role in 2002, Mr. Winn has been an integral part of the company's growth and sustained success. Along with Rudy V. Renda, Mr. Winn is ultimately responsible for the overall performance of the companies Operations. These responsibilities include: safety, efficiency, budgeting, scheduling, buyouts, resource management, equipment procurement, milestone management, staffing, partnering strategies and coordination among all jobsites nationally. Mr. Winn has been responsible for various successful programs / projects within the organization such as: East Fork raw water pipelines, which included over 180,000 LF of 84" steel pipe, Saws Dos Rios pipeline and Tunnel, which is featured on our website, Lake Lanier diffuser pipeline, which included over 7000 LF of 72" steel pipe submerged up to 100' below the water surface of Lake Lanier and most recently the Bi-County Water Tunnel, in Washington D.C, which includes over 27,000 LF of 120" tunnel with a finished lining of 84" water pipeline.

Rudolph V. Renda
Regional Manager
Mr. Renda holds a Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management from Texas Tech University. He was a 4-year letterman on the Texas Tech University football team and was a member of the university's student-athlete advisory board. Since assuming his current role in 2002, Mr. Renda has been an integral part of the company's growth and sustained success. Along with Mr. Tim Winn, Mr. Renda is ultimately responsible for the overall performance of the company's Operations. These responsibilities include: safety, efficiency, budgeting, scheduling, buyouts, resource management, equipment procurement, milestone management, staffing, partnering strategies and coordination among all jobsites nationally. Mr. Renda has been responsible for various successful programs / projects within the organization such as: Lake Fork pipelines and interconnects for the city of Dallas; over 87,000 LF of 84"-168" PCCP and the placement of over 16,000 cy of structural work, the 80 MGD Southeast Water purification plant expansion for the city of Houston, the North McGregor Storm Water Tunnel which was over 3500 LF single-pass of 15.5' diameter soft ground tunnel with a 13.5' final pre-cast segmented lining and various sewer trunk-line projects for the Trinity River Authority; a cumulative total of over 120,000 LF ranging in diameters from 54"-110".

Corey Wells
Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Wells holds a bachelor and masters degree in accounting from Texas A&M University. He is a licensed CPA and certified internal auditor. Prior to Oscar Renda Contracting, he worked at a Big 4 Accounting Firm and served as an internal audit and project manager for a $250M ERP implementation at a Fortune 300 steel company. Corey is primarily responsible for managing the financial aspects and back-office operations of Oscar Renda Contracting.

Hadi Garakani
Project Manager
Mr. Garakani is the primary manager of water and wastewater treatment structures for OSCAR RENDA CONTRACTING. He holds a Bachelor's of Science in Civil Engineering Technology from the University of Houston. In addition to being an excellent project manager, Mr. Garakani is an integral part of the estimating processes and an excellent technical resource for the OSCAR RENDA organization. Hadi has more than 25 years of experience in the concrete structure construction business and has been the onsite manager for projects including: The Eagle Mountain Water Treatment Plant Expansion, a 30 MGD plant expansion including new processing basins, 35,000 LF of utility pipe and installation or replacement of new facilities, The Waxahachie Wastewater Treatment Plant Expansion, consisting of the construction of a plant outfall pipeline and discharge structure, preliminary treatment unit, aeration basins, clarifiers, filters and tanks and The City of Dallas Eastside Water Treatment Plant Expansion, a $94 million expansion and improvement project consisting of the construction of deep concrete flumes, junction structures and clear-wells constructed of wire-wound pre-stressed concrete, the largest tanks constructed by this method in the world.

Dan Frettinger
Project Manager
Mr. Frettinger holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Purdue University. He has over 25 years in experience in bidding and managing heavy and highway civil projects with emphasis in pipeline construction. In addition to being a valuable asset to field operations and serving in his primary role as a project manager for OSCAR RENDA CONTRACTING, Dan also has an integral understanding and background in project estimating and scheduling. Dan is currently managing a number of water and sewer projects such as: The Elm Fork and West Fork Relief Interceptor projects for the Trinity River Authority of Texas, over 36,000 LF of pipe ranging from 104"-110" and multiple large junction boxes for tie-ins and a number of other water and sewer projects for the City of Fort Worth.

Dennis Bailey
Project Manager
Mr. Bailey attended the University of Texas at Arlington and has 28 years of experience in estimating and managing heavy highway and civil projects. Dennis is well versed in the safety, environmental, and economic requirements of infrastructure projects and is a vital memeber of project management for OSCAR RENDA CONTRACTING. Recently, Mr. Bailey successfully managed and completed six projects in the Austin, TX area as part of the Austin Clean Water Program. The program was voted one of the top 10 infrastructure projects in North America in the last 75 years by the IRWA.
